Designs. All designs on this site are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind originals designed and created by Roz Swartz Williams and all designs are the property of Nonpareil, Ltd. Copyright 1996 - 2009. All rights reserved.

Disclaimer. Nonpareil, Ltd., advises purchasers with metal allergies or skin sensitivities that the art jewelry created and sold by Nonpareil, Ltd., is made with various mixed media materials, assorted metals, and "found items," including copper alloys and particularly nickel silver which may cause irritation in such cases.

Online Ordering. All items shown in Nonpareil's online boutique on Etsy.com are available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to order an item that is already sold, be advised that you will receive a SIMILAR item--not an exact replica. All items at Nonpareil are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. There will be variations even within limited edition series.

Shipping. Nonpareil generally ships web orders via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Commissions. Commissions are special orders in which you take part in the design process, e.g., you provide specifications, stones, design elements, beads, or other materials for wrapping or sculpting, or you request work that is to be left to the designer's creativity to complete. Commission orders are generally completed within 3 -4 weeks of order and receipt of deposit. Depending upon the nature of the order and other work in production, some commission pieces may take longer to complete. The client will always be advised of the production time required once the commission plan is outlined. Deposit on the commission must be at least 30% of the quoted price of the commission. You, the client, have the option to pay a larger deposit or to pay the balance in full in advance of completion if you so desire. You may also pay the remaining balance on your order in two installments.

Special Pricing. Special sale prices and discounts are generally reserved for E-list (email mailing list) clients only. Clients may occasionally receive sale cards or coupons from Nonpareil via email or postal mail for amounts or percentages off their next purchase.

Return Policy. All sales are considered final and every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your order. If an item must be returned, reimbursement will be via credit toward a replacement item. Nonpareil does not provide cash reimbursement.

Materials. Nonpareil Art Jewelry is made with copper, bronze, and nickel silver, and other copper-containing alloys, and mixed media inclusions such as inks, paints, paper, polymer clay, "found items," and many other creative elements. Designs may also be completed in 14kt Gold Filled and Sterling Silver or Fine Silver. ommission clients may request desired materials and combinations of materials.

Mailing List. Nonpareil collects postal mailing addresses from clients and interested parties at shows, exhibitions, and from purchase receipts. Nonpareil collects email addresses from the website and client signups at shows, exhibitions, etc. At no time will Nonpareil ever sell, share, or otherwise provide your mailing information to any third party for any reason. Mailing List/E-List information is for Nonpareil's use only to keep you informed of Nonpareil news and special events.
